"Granite Trail Condominium Considered
Best Condo Value In Muskoka!"
It was an overwhelming success at the Grand Opening of Granite Trail Condominium development on Saturday, July 28, 2007. This follows on the heels of the incredible turnout of over 75 real estate agents and members of the Chamber of Commerce at the business event a few days earlier.
More than 150 people attended Saturday's three hour event that included music by the Trillium Dixie Jazz Band. Mayor John Klinck performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official Grand Opening. Attendees also included Deputy Mayor and District Councillor Bob Colhoun, Councillors Lou Guerriero and Terry Pilger. By the end of the day, 40% of the suites had been sold. Suites range in size from 770 ft2 to over 1300 ft2 and prices start at $189,900 which includes six brand-name appliances. "We are pleased with the pace, the momentum is strong," said Jane Furter, Broker, Business Development, for Royal LePage Lakes Of Muskoka Realty. Furter added, "There has been a demand for this unique real estate offering, and tremendous support from the Town Of Gravenhurst and Mayor John Klinck."
Doug Gray, President of Muskoka D and M, the Developer for Granite Trail Condominiums, spoke enthusiastically about the project and its early success, "We were very fortunate to secure this site, and we're thrilled with the number of sales at this point."
Royal LePage Lakes Of Muskoka Sales Representative Susan Cook added, "It was wonderful to see the excitement of long-time Muskoka residents as they purchased their suite at Granite Trail. As one buyer pointed out, "It just makes sense- we love Gravenhurst and this location is very convenient."
Located in the heart of the town of Gravenhurst, Granite Trail Condominium is just minutes-walk to downtown, world-class Muskoka Wharf, and beautiful Lake Muskoka. On-site amenities include a fitness facility, heated underground parking, and private balconies on all suites. As an interesting feature, a Zen Garden has been incorporated into the overall landscaping plan. It will include a Koi fish pond, waterfalls, surrounded by granite and a seating area. "Careful consideration has been given to the design of the condominium in keeping with the natural beauty of Muskoka," added Gray.
Now is a great time to get in at pre-construction pricing and select the suite and location of your choice. Construction is scheduled to begin this Fall and prices will be increasing. Grand Opening bonus of granite countertops will be offered on purchases only until August 5.
